HI, I’M KARINA, AND I’M SO GLAD YOU’RE HERE!
I was born into nature and raised with the wilderness as my classroom. From an early age I learned to trust the elements, live simply, and find strength in the challenges that the Earth offers.
For more than 10 years, Yoga has been my path. I became a certified YogaKoh trainer and have led sessions in studios across New Zealand. Yet, I always felt something was missing — the separation of Yoga from the living Earth.
That’s why I created Earth Yoga. Today I lead sessions in the mountains, by the sea, and in the forest, where wind, rain, sun, and silence become our teachers.
My mission is to help you expand your potential and discover how to carry the strength and balance you find in nature into every part of your life. Why? Because I believe Yoga belongs to the Earth — and through Earth Yoga you can return to that unity, and guide others to do the same.
